Returns

We have a 7-day return policy, which means you can request a return within 7 days of receiving your item.

To be eligible, your item must be:

In the same condition that you received it.

Unworn or unused, with original tags and packaging.

Accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase.

There cannot be any return if you entered an incorrect pin code or mobile number during the purchase.
- Return is not eligible if the size ordered doesn’t fit. Please check our Size Guide before purchasing.

Once your return request is approved, you must ship the item back within 3–5 working days.
Return Shipping Costs

If the return is due to our error (defective, damaged, or wrong item received), we will cover the return shipping cost.

To approve such returns, customers must provide photo or video evidence of the issue within 24 hours of delivery.

All returned items are inspected. If the product shows intentional damage, misuse, or signs of wear/tampering, the return will be rejected, and the customer will be responsible for reshipping costs if they want the product back.

If the return is due to personal preference (wrong size, change of mind, etc.), the customer is responsible for the return shipping cost.
Damages & Issues

If the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately so we can make it right.
- Approved replacement will be delivered within 7-10 days.
Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of the approval status.

Prepaid Orders: Refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 7 business days.

Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders: Refunds will be processed via bank transfer, UPI, or store credit (as per your choice).
