Refund policy

If for any reason you’re not satisfied, here’s a quick overview of our easy return and refund process:


Returns

  • We have a 7-day return policy, which means you can request a return within 7 days of receiving your item.

  • To be eligible, your item must be:

    • In the same condition that you received it.

    • Unworn or unused, with original tags and packaging.

    • Accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase.

    • There cannot be any return if you entered an incorrect pin code or mobile number during the purchase.

         

      • Return is not eligible if the size ordered doesn’t fit. Please check our Size Guide before purchasing.

    ⚠️ Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

    • Once your return request is approved, you must ship the item back within 3–5 working days


    Return Shipping Costs

    • If the return is due to our error (defective, damaged, or wrong item received), we will cover the return shipping cost.

    • To approve such returns, customers must provide photo or video evidence of the issue within 24 hours of delivery.

    • All returned items are inspected. If the product shows intentional damage, misuse, or signs of wear/tampering, the return will be rejected, and the customer will be responsible for reshipping costs if they want the product back.

    • If the return is due to personal preference (wrong size, change of mind, etc.), the customer is responsible for the return shipping cost.


    Damages & Issues

    • Please inspect your order upon delivery.

    • If the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately so we can make it right.

    • Approved replacement will be delivered within 7-10 days.

    Refunds

    • Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of the approval status.

    • If approved:

      • Prepaid Orders: Refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 7 business days.

      • Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders: Refunds will be processed via bank transfer, UPI, or store credit (as per your choice).

    ⚠️ Please note: It may take additional time for your bank or card provider to process the refund.

    Exchanges

    • We currently do not offer direct exchanges.

    • If you need a different size, color, or item, please return the original product and place a new order.
